Who we are

Needs & Leads is a members-only program of the YPO Florida chapter, used during the chapter's Annual Meeting to match members with one another for short one-on-one conversations. Registration is limited to YPO Florida chapter members. Needs & Leads is operated by YPO Florida Chapter (Young Presidents Organization Inc, Florida Chapter).

What we collect

• Your name, company, title and market, drawn from the chapter roster.
• The email address you confirm on the form.
• The mobile number you enter on the “Your cell number” step.
• The answers you write on the form: what you need, what you can give, your company stage, a recent win and a current concern.

How we use your mobile number

Your mobile number is used for one purpose only: to text you your matches during the Needs & Leads session at the Annual Meeting, plus a single test message beforehand — about seven messages in total. It is not used for chapter updates, news, announcements, marketing or any other program.

Mobile numbers are never sold, rented or shared with third parties, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are passed only to our messaging carrier for the sole purpose of delivering the messages described above.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message frequency, rates, and stopping messages

Message frequency is approximately seven messages for the session. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at once and permanently; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from the session — the facilitator can hand you your match in the room.

Who sees your answers

On each need and each give you choose how widely it may be shared: room only, the YPO Florida chapter, or within YPO beyond the chapter. We honour that choice. Items marked room only never appear in any roster shared after the meeting. Everything stays within YPO and is treated as YPO confidential.

Keeping and removing your information

Your answers are kept for the chapter's use around this Annual Meeting and its follow-up. To see, correct or delete anything you have given us, contact the chapter using the address on the Terms & Conditions page and we will action it.

Children

This program is for YPO Florida chapter members only and is not directed to children.
